Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the current billing period.
Are AI invocations metered?
Yes — every successful skill run counts against your monthly quota. Failed runs (network errors, etc.) don't.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card via Stripe, ACH for annual plans, wire for Enterprise.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
Yes — 20% off any plan with proof of 501(c)(3) status. Contact sales.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Your data is preserved. You can subscribe to any plan or export per the GDPR data export endpoint and downgrade.
