What does my code unlock?+
Every redemption code unlocks every feature in ClinicFlow — clinical record, telehealth, the 15-skill AI orchestrator, white-label, SSO, custom domains, HIPAA-grade audit, and more. Tier (1 / 2 / 3) only sets your monthly AI invocation budget: 500, 5,000, or 100,000.
Can I stack multiple codes?+
Yes. After you redeem your first code, sign in to your clinic and visit
/clinic/appsumo/stack to apply additional codes. Two Tier 1 codes upgrade you to Tier 2; any combination summing to three or more reaches Tier 3 (the cap). Stacking is one-way — you can't downgrade.What happens if I refund?+
AppSumo's standard 60-day refund window applies. If you refund, your lifetime subscription is cancelled and you get a 30-day data export window before we hard-delete your tenant. Audit logs are retained per HIPAA rules. Full details on our AppSumo Refund Policy.
Is my data exportable?+
Yes — at any time. Tenant admins can download a per-tenant JSON dump from platform admin (every patient, encounter, prescription, and lab attachment included). Patients can independently export their own records via the GDPR Article 20 endpoint on the patient portal.
Who owns my clinic data?+
You do. ClinicFlow is the data processor under our Data Processing Addendum; your clinic is the data controller. We never train AI models on your data, never sell it to third parties, and have no rights to it after termination beyond the audit-log retention HIPAA requires.
Do I need OpenAI / Anthropic credits?+
Yes — bring your own API keys. ClinicFlow is provider-agnostic and never charges you for AI tokens. You can also point us at Azure OpenAI, a self-hosted OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or our stub provider for staging environments.
Self-hosted or SaaS?+
Both work. The Docker-Compose stack runs on any host with Docker; we also ship a one-click DigitalOcean App Platform spec. Source code is delivered with the deal so you can self-host without depending on ClinicFlow infrastructure.
Is HIPAA compliance built in?+
Every technical safeguard a HIPAA auditor expects is in place: PHI encryption at rest, audit logs on reads and writes, MFA, account lockout, RBAC + per-user overrides, BAA gating per AI/SMS/email provider, GDPR access + erasure flows. What's the support response time?+
